Customer Information

When you order products or request information from NetPRT or Powder River Technologies, Inc., your name and email address is collected. If you place an order for a product that requires payment, we also collect your billing address, credit card information or other payment method information. This information will be used to process orders or to contact you regarding the status of your orders, or to reply to your request for information.

Occasionally, a user's personally identifiable information may be forwarded to a third party in order to fill an order. The third party is not permitted to use the information for any other purpose than to fill an order.

NetPRT and Powder River Technologies, Inc. will not sell or release its customer list or customer specific information to third parties. Your personal or corporate information will remain private and confidential. The only situation where your information will be given out will be to appropriately credentialed law enforcement officials executing correct legal instruments in the State of Colorado, as discussed in the Terms of Use Policy.

Site Usage Patterns

Powder River Technologies, Inc., or NetPRT, may collect and analyze the aggregate shopping and site usage patterns of our customers for site improvement purposes. Personal or corporate information will not be released.

Survey Responses

Periodically, Powder River Technologies, Inc. will encourage customers or users to participate in surveys. The information we collect from these surveys may be associated with individual customer accounts and used by Powder River Technologies, Inc. to improve your overall customer experience. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, or otherwise released to the public. Survey results may be shared with the public.
