Powder River Technologies, Inc. (PRT) charges a rate of $50/hr per consultant for its website design and development services. A project can range from something as small as a 4 page individual website, to a large scale webcommerce site. Website updates are charged separately from development projects, since updates and additions can often be larger than the original project! PRT can also help you move your website from your current provider to NetPRT, if you need the assistance or you are changing Internet technologies.

A typical website consists of 4 or 5 central pages of information. For a small business, there is usually a homepage, an About Us page, a contact information page, a page with detailed product, sales, marketing or services information, and possibly a news page. A 4-to-5 page website, using standard templates, would cost $750 to design and develop. This price is based on the client already having corporate logos and related business graphics, and can provide well organized content.

Our process for website projects is to determine, with our client, what the general content categories are, and then design a functional and attractive navigation and page layout based on those categories, using the available logos and graphics. We next create the website navigation and content, and once we have approval from the client, we will then upload the new website.
