When you sign up and pay for an account at NetPRT, a service of Powder River Technologies, Inc., you automatically agree to the Terms of Use Policy as set forth in this document. As the Terms of Use Policy is changed, your agreement to the current Terms of Use Policy is automatically promoted forward to the new version. As such, you should review the Terms of Use Policy on a regular basis.

What you can and cannot do.

Whether the account is given to a corporation or an individual, you are free to use your account for your purposes with the following exceptions:

• You will not use your NetPRT account to originate or generate or send "spam" or junk mail.
• You will not use your NetPRT account to conduct illegal activities, as defined by the laws of Colorado and The United States.
• You will not use your NetPRT account to conduct terrorist activities.
• You will not use your NetPRT account to engage in any activities which will result in a lawsuit or judgement against NetPRT, Powder River Technologies, Inc., or any subsidiary of Powder River Technologies, Inc.
• Your account must be current. If your account is more than 30 days past due, NetPRT system administrators will disable the account.
• Domain account owners cannot resell email accounts.

If you do engage in any activity described above, you will forfit any paid fees and you will lose the use of your account immediately.

Remedies.

If any activity that you engage in, whether as a corporation or individual, results in any kind of legal suit or award judgement against NetPRT, Powder River Technologies, Inc., or any subsidiary of Powder River Technologies, Inc., you agree to indemnify NetPRT, Powder River Technologies, Inc., or its subsidiaries from legal suit or any award judgement. That means you will pay the cost of all legal fees or awards related to the suit or judgement. Further, NetPRT, Powder River Technologies, Inc., or its subsidiaries named in the suit, will use the legal team of its choosing, and you will be responsible for all fees incurred.

Your account information is subject to the NetPRT Privacy Policy.

NetPRT and Powder River Technologies, Inc. reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted from this site. Powder River Technologies, Inc. will have no legal liability for such disclosures. The requests for information must come from appropriately credentialed law enforcement officials with correct legal instruments executed in the State of Colorado for the purposes of investigating criminal or terrorist activities. The legal instruments must be specific to the owner of an account. Random searches, otherwise known as fishing expeditions, will not be supported or honored.
